Contact with Denise N. Murphy, P.A. on an unsolicited basis, will not establish any form of attorney-client relationship with Denise N. Murphy, P.A. or Denise N. Murphy. An attorney-client relationship with Denise N. Murphy, P.A. and Denise N. Murphy will only be established after Denise N. Murphy decides she and her firm are willing to accept the representation of you, you sign a written agreement for representation and paid the requisite retainer fee and/or cost deposit.

Additionally, if you provide any unsolicited information or documents to Denise N. Murphy, P.A., that information or those documents may not be treated as confidential and will not be protected by attorney-client privilege. Unsolicited communication (email, fax, etc) to the firm will not be considered a request to take action. Any communication, information or documents provided to Denise N. Murphy, P.A. in anticipation of a consultation will be destroyed if Denise N. Murphy, P.A. is not hired or does not accept representation within six (6) months of receipt of said communication/information/documents or consultation, whichever is later.
